Comfort Hotel Joenkoeping - Jonkoping

I stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room. The breakfast had a good range of food, I loved the fruit and different breads. Staff were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near restaurants, with parking just around the corner. A great experience 😊

Great location, a railway station was close to our hotel. There was a GOOD restaurant, a small supermarket and supermarkets next door.

Convenient place with ideal and new-fashioned rooms. Savoury breakfast with muesli and meats, as example prepared by extremely helpful staff. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location in a calm area, easy to get around. Good service throughout. Quick check-in. Fine overall experience: )

Consider utilizing the leisure activities like the pool table for relaxation after a busy day. It's a nice way to unwind and socialize.

The location was near a subway station, easy for getting around Jonkoping. We loved the fact that we chose comfort hotel jonkoping. We used parking on site.

Nothing that i didnt like.

We stayed here to visit Tandsticksmuseet that was adjacent to the hotel. In love with the venue.

The location was fantastic, conveniently close to West Hoe Park. There were small supermarkets right next door, making it easy to grab essentials. I booked a standard room, which featured central heating, a work desk, and a television.

The location was very central. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The beds were comfortable.

Spacious room and great staff

The room was quite spacious, and the bed was comfy. I really appreciated that the receptionist was nice and friendly, offering to store my luggage for free before check-in. The breakfast options could definitely use some improvement, as they felt a bit lackluster .

The next room had a party and in the reception area we were only offered earplugs. Remedial action was taken very late.

Suitable for budget-conscious travelers

The staff was fantastic, especially the reception team who really went out of their way to help us with our check-in. I appreciated that I could pre-book a parking spot, unlike many other places where it's first-come, first-served!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, it was acceptable.

The hotel is in city center, within walking distance from the waterfront of beautiful, the second largest lake in Sweden. The hotel offers clean, cozy, has a wonderful patio, underground parking, good breakfast, polite staff.

It turned out the misunderstanding with the payment. With settlement and card has been withdrawn a large sum than the amount specified in the check. Did not find out because of imperfect knowledge of English. Therefore, it remains unclear whether it is our bank has worked so incorrectly, or the hotel staff were inattentive. First thought that the parking fee was included in the bill, but yet had to pay for parking in the morning alone. In this regard, was a bad feeling from the host.

Good breakfast

As we were going to stay here for 5 days we had booked a Superior room . We got a room with no wardrobe and no drawers at all and when we asked if they expected their guests to keep everything in the suitcase during their stay at this hotel they said we could pay a little " extra " and get a delux room and then we would get a locker / wardrobe !! We paid the extra money and got a room with a 60cm wide locker and 4 hangers !! Still no drawers.
